1. Personalised Assessment
Phase one starts by identifying the elements that are contributing to your migraine. We will go through each body system learning how each organ is working towards your overall health. In addition, we will explore your diet, sleep, stress, hydration, and work-life balance.
2. Holistic Plan
In phase two, you will receive a personalised plan. This is not a list of generic diets or tips that you can read online - this plan is tailored specifically to you. It will focus primarily on nutrition, lifestyle and supplementation. But, added to this, we will address sleep, stress, mindfulness and talk about any tests that could be done.
3. Support
Phase three focuses on support. A check in at week two and week six means there’s someone there to share your journey and walk with you through the difficult times. Finding out what’s working and what’s not, means the plan is adjusted in real-time based on your own personal reaction. The final check in at 12 weeks looks at what how you can sustain your achievements for life.
